Word count: Preferably 800–2,000 words, depending on depth.
Tone: Informative, friendly, and accessible. Does not need to be overly technical unless the topic demands it.
Images / Screenshots: Encourage contributors to include screenshots of tools, diagrams, or relevant images. Provide alt text.

You may include 1–2 links to your own site (preferably relevant).
Additional links should be to high-quality, authoritative sources.
Formatting: Send your post in a doc file (Google Doc, Word) or plain text with headings clearly marked.
Send your pitch / idea to us — with:

Approximate word count
We respond within 7–10 business days to approve or suggest edits.
Once approved, write the full article and send it to us for review.
After editing / revisions, we will publish the post, usually within 1–2 weeks (depending on queue).
Provide a short bio (2–3 lines) — mention who you are, your expertise, and optionally your site / LinkedIn.
You can also provide a profile photo (optional).
We will include a byline under your post so readers know who you are.
We reserve the right to edit for clarity, style, and SEO.
We do not pay for guest posts, but we value quality contributions.
We may reject content that is promotional, too sales-oriented, or not aligned with our audience.
